Bag & String Wine Merchants Opened Friday May 8th 2011
LAKEWOOD - Bag & String Wine Merchants, a locally owned and operated specialty wine store, will open its doors on Chautauqua Avenue in Lakewood on Friday.
A grand opening celebration is slated to begin at 12:30 p.m. Friday with a ribbon cutting and will continue with wine specials through the close of business at 7 p.m. Saturday. Samuel Whitmore, shop owner, invites the residents of Chautauqua County and beyond to stop in and experience his world of wine.
As a veteran of the wine industry, Whitmore has a mission to provide his customers with much more than a quality selection of wine and premium liquor from around the globe.
