Winter is quickly approaching and time is running out to experience everything that fall has to offer in Greater Jamestown. It’s a great time to take a stroll at the Jamestown Audubon Center, or to enjoy some local wines and ciders. Fall is beautiful and fleeting, so get out and grab it before it’s gone.

The Haunting at the Mall
Time is running out to visit this spooky attraction. Located above JCPenny, The Haunting at the Mall contains 15 rooms full of scary experiences that are sure to leave you afraid of the dark. Remaining dates for this year are October 24, 25, 30, 31 and Nov. 1 from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Tickets are $8 pre-sale or $10 at the door with a part of the proceeds benefiting the Chautauqua County Humane Society. Wine Tasting:
Local  winery, Liberty Vineyards, will be highlighted at a free wine tasting this Friday at Brazil Craft Beer and Wine Lounge located in downtown Jamestown.  The event will feature a variety of their wines paired along with free cheese. Also, enjoy discounts on Liberty Vineyards wine by the glass and bottle.

Smackdab and Mosaic Foundation
Enjoy local band Smackdab who will bring the funk and The Mosaic Foundation will bring in reggae music from Ithaca, NY, for a show this Saturday, October 25th, at Shawbucks. Admission is $5 and the music will begin around 10 pm.  Shawbucks’ kitchen will also be open until midnight.
