Moon Brook Charity Golf Classic officials recently donated a portion of proceeds from the annual tournament to the St. Susan Center.

Sue Colwell, St. Susan Center executive director, recently accepted a $2,500 donation from the club's efforts.

"The donation will be used to help provide meals to those in need in the Jamestown area," Colwell said. "As the economy continues to struggle and more people find themselves out of full-time employment, a greater number of people find themselves looking to food service providers to help make ends meet."
